Albert Heijn Online fulfills around 100.000 online grocery orders a week. The improve efficiency and accurateness of the delivery process, an Android app has been introduced in 2018. Handmade was responsible for the user exprience and design of the app.
Since the introduction in 2018, error rates declined and delivery time consumption per order were reduced.
