The City of Amsterdam and it's districts operate a huge number of websites. All these websites use a generic website concept and online visual identity, both developed by Edenspiekermann in the mid 90's. In 2012, the City started to integrate all online public services - currently differentiated over different websites - into one online service location. Edenspiekermann was asked to develop a contemporary website format to facilitate this development.

The project resulted in an accessable, appealing website concept, presenting content first, navigation second. The extensive styleguide - which is written by me - is already publicly available. The websites were launched September 2012.
